Quality assurance
The adoption of modern production technologies, the use of a completely integrated information system with production and a process scheduling module all together ensure constant control of all processing stages, maintaining a constant quality of the articles.
To guarantee constant quality for each batch, Regular visual inspections are carried out directly by the press with the help of photos aids, repetitive dimensional checks with the 3D HEXAGON system and monitoring of the structural compactness of the casting through X-ray system.
Packaging is agreed with the end customer to allow the direct access of the goods to the customer’s production line.

La Cibek die casting’s production systems allow the manufacture of Aluminium and Zinc components weighing from a few grams up to 6 kg, intended for different fields: Industrial automation, Professional electrical appliances, Electronic, Electrical, LPG-methane supply systems for cars, Agricultural machinery, Industrial cleaning machines, Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Measuring instruments.

Continuously evolving
With a view to continuous improvement of the customer service, La Cibek die casting has made targeted investments that have enabled it to grow in both the Italian and European die-casting markets.
These investments include the purchase of a die casting mould filling simulation programme and the installation of a new PLC/PC system on all die casting machines. They allow the most important data of each batch (2nd phase injection speed, multiplication speed, multiplication pressure) to be controlled and saved, guaranteeing the customer a complete traceability of each production batch and ensuring a longer tool’s life.
