The production cycle

The production cycle is designed to manufacture high quality Die-Castings standard. The controls to be performed are agreed with the customer and are recorded and documented by manufacturing and control cycle.

The castings can be delivered either as raw parts or as finished parts, with surface finishing such as sandblasting, vibratory grinding, machining, painting, powder coating, anodic oxidation, nickel plating.

Die Casting Quality

High commitment to the quality of the Die-Casting process has allowed La Cibek to obtain the certification of its quality system in 2001. La Cibek Die-casting is ISO certified since 2009 -UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008.

In 2011 La Cibek obtained the Environmental Certification Green Metal environmental certification from the Association “Organizing Committee for EMAS registration for the Brescia Valley District project ECCELSA LIFE 07 ENV/IT/00515.
