The production of die castings

The casting process is made in die casting cells with automatic horizontal cold chamber presses.

The production is managed with the greatest flexibility, according to the customer's needs.

The production cycle

The production cycle is conceived to manufacture die castings which meet high quality standards. The controls to carry out, agreed with the customer, are recorded and documented by our manufacturing and control cycle.

The castings can be delivered as raw parts as well as finished parts, with surface finishing such as sandblasting, vibratory grinding, machining, painting, powder coating, anodic oxidation, nickel plating.

The quality of the die castings

The high commitment to the quality of the die casting process allowed La Cibek to obtain the first certification of its quality system in 2001. Since 15/05/2009 the quality system of La Cibek Die Casting is certified in compliance with the norm UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008.

On the 22/11/11 La Cibek obtained the Environmental Certification Green Metal by the Association “Comitato Promotore per la registrazione EMAS del Distretto Industriale Valli Bresciane” according to the project ECCELSA LIFE 07 ENV/IT/00515.
